鯖江で作られる眼鏡はどれも世界最高のクオリティだと謳われますが、鯖江のどの工場で作っても最高というわけではありません。長年のものづくりで感じた思いと経験に基づき、デザインから工場選びに至るまでを意図的に行った"意図的作品”。NEWMANは8mm厚のアセテートを使用し、とびぬけた品質を実現したラグジュアリーなフレーム。厚みがあるからこそ、様々な角度で削りをいれ立体的なフロントはクラシカルであり、クラシカルでない。NEWMANはビックシェイプデザインのモデル。
As everyone know eyewear made in Sabae is high quality, however not all factories.
Basing on our long experience and intuition we purposely chose factory and decided design.NEWMAN has 8mm thickness of acetate and realized finest quality. Thanks to this thickness, we sharpened from various angles and made stereoscopically front design. It looks classic but not classic. NEWMAN is a big shaped design model.
