返金ポリシー

返品期限:商品到着後7日以内までとさせていただきます。 information@joy-every-timeへ直ちにご連絡をください。 

返品送料:不良品の返品送料は当方で負担いたします。     

不良品:商品到着後速やかにご連絡ください。商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、返品には応じかねますのでご了承ください。『届いた商品がイメージと違った』『必要がなくなった』という事がないように、十分ご検討した上でご購入して下さい。なお、使用後の商品に関しては一切返金・返品はお受け致しません。あらかじめご了承下さい。 

交換:不良商品は良品への交換で対応をさせていただきます。在庫状況によっては交換を対応できないこともあります。その際は返金にて対応させていただきます。あらかじめご了承下さい。   

返金 :返品を受領し、商品を検査した後、ご連絡いたします。返金が承認されたか否かをお知らせします。承認された場合、元の支払い方法で自動的に返金されます。クレジットカード会社が返金を処理し、反映するには時間がかかることがありますので、ご注意ください。

 

Return deadline
The delivery date shall be within seven days after the arrival of the products.

Return postage
We will bear the return shipping cost for the defective product.

Defective goods
Please inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. Any claims regarding shortages, damage, or defects must be reported to us without undue delay after delivery.

All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:

・The item differs from the customer's expectations based on images or descriptions;

・The item is no longer wanted or needed;

・The customer has changed their mind after purchase.

Products that have been used, worn, altered, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions in full.

Replacement
Defective products shall be replaced with new one. Replacement may not be possible depending on the inventory status. In that case, we will handle it with a refund. Please acknowledge in advance.

Refund
We will contact you after we receive the return and inspect the item. I will inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be automatically refunded by the original payment method. Please note that it may take time for the credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
