配送ポリシー
国内配送につきまして
佐川急便にてお届け致します。
配送料は、原則お買い上げ金額が1件につき33,000円(税込)以上になった場合のみ全国無料配送とさせていただきます。お買い上げ金額が33,000円(税込)未満の場合は、配送料として全国一律660円(税込)かかります。
商品は原則月曜日～金曜日の間に発送致します(土日祝祭日は商品の受注は可能ですが、出荷はできません)。日本の暦通りに休みをいただきますが、大型連休前(GWや年末年始)は前もって発送可能日をトップページの「お知らせ」にて告知致します。
※11時までに頂いたご注文は当日に配送する事を心がけておりますが、状況によっては配送できない場合がございます。以上の事をふまえた上で、到着日時はご指定頂きますようお願い申し上げます。
※到着日時が5つの時間帯で指定が可能です。
午前中(9時～12時) / 12時～14時 / 14時～16時 / 16時～18時 / 18時～21時
※上記は確実なお届けを保証するものではございません。お住まいの地域や天候、道路状況などの事情により前後する場合がございますことを、あらかじめご了承くださいませ。
※配送スケジュールの関係上、お客様のご指定された到着希望日時に商品をお届け出来ない場合がございます。その場合はご指定の時間帯を優先して発送させて頂きます。
海外配送につきまして
Fedexにてお届け致します。
配送料は、地域にかかわらず一律で5000円とさせて頂きます。
商品は原則月曜日～金曜日の間に発送致します(土日祝祭日は商品の受注は可能ですが、出荷はできません)。日本の暦通りに休みをいただきますが、大型連休前(GWや年末年始)は前もって発送可能日をトップページの「お知らせ」にて告知致します。
国ごとに定められている輸入関税、付加価値税または消費税につきましては、お客様負担となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。その場合、商品受け取り時もしくは後日にこれらのお客様よりお支払いいただくこととなります。
商品発送後から商品お届けまでの所要日数は2日〜4日となります。
※商品お届けまでにかかる日数は、あくまでも目安として参考にしてください。これらの所要日数は配送準備が完了した日付から計算されます。物流の混雑状況や通関手続きの遅延が発生した場合、商品のお届けが予定よりも遅れることがございます。このような理由による遅延に関しましては、弊社では責任を負いかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
※国によっては配送できな場合がございます。その場合、チェックアウトまで進むことができません。あらかじめご了承ください。
For domestic delivery (In JAPAN)
It will be delivered by Sagawa Express.
As a rule, the delivery fee will be free nationwide only if the purchase amount becomes more than 3,3000 yen (tax included) per case.
If the purchase amount is less than 3,3000 yen (tax included), it will cost 660 yen (tax included) nationwide flat as a delivery fee.
The item will be shipped between Monday and Friday in principle (We can receive orders for the item on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, but we cannot ship it).
We will have a holiday according to the Japanese calendar, but before the major holidays (Japanese long holiday in May or New Year's holidays), we will announce the possible date of shipment in advance with the "Notice" on the top page.
※We are trying to deliver your order by 11 o'clock on the day, but depending on the situation, we may not be able to deliver it.
Based on the above, please specify the arrival date and time.
※It is possible to specify the arrival date and time in five time zones.

Please be aware that it may change depending on the area where you live, weather, road conditions, etc.
※ Due to the delivery schedule, we may not be able to deliver the item at the date and time you specified.
In that case, we will ship the item at the time of your choice.
Regarding overseas delivery
It will be delivered by Fedex.
The shipping charge will be 5,000 yen uniformly regardless of the region.
